Great First Weekend at TRF

Our first weekend out at the Texas Renaissance Festival was fantastic! Our audience is growing by leaps and bounds despite the fact that we have only three shows a day. Speaking of which, our last performance is at 2:30pm at Raven's Bend. So make sure you get out there early.

If you're looking for the coolest stage, I'd say be at our 10:30 show at Mockingbird Gazebo. It's a great stage, there's lots of seating, and it's my personal favorite stage. Some come out and join us!

The weather was pretty durn hot and humid for the weekend, but we bore it well. Even danced the Karabushka at the Maypole. Oh, and our Feast Hall performance was cancelled due to lack of time between shows.

This weekend, the weather is looking pretty good. Saturday should be the best. Nice and cool weather with a small chance of rain on Sunday. If it does rain, you can come out and sing "Bright Side of Life" with us as we huddle in a shop.

Through my Celtic MP3s Music Magazine, I've been compiling a list of Celtic bands that people are searching for. The list is growing every day. But right now, I have completed the Celtic Music Top 40 Charts. We're doing pretty good on that list too.
