Texas Renaissance Festival Firework Highlights

Sunday, we were invited to perform at an exclusive Feast Hall show at the Texas Renaissance Festival for the owner's of the faire. It was brief, just two songs. And as we were waiting to pick up our badges, we were invited to one amazing performance...

Picture it. It's around 9pm. The stars are out in full-force in the Plantersville countryside. Bright lights are shining down on the jousting field. Across the field is the King's Grandstand. On that stand are two dots. That's us. We're playing music into some microphones. Then Ka-Boom! The firework display begins!

Yes, we played some of our instrumental favorites (and "Ducats" too) while dozens of fireworks exploded all around us in one fantastic display of art. It was amazing!

Unfortunately, we won't be performing on the grandstand this year (there won't even be a firework show). But you can catch us, three times a day at the world's largest Renaissance faire, the Texas Renaissance Festival, starting this weekend until November 17th.
