Late Breaking News from the Game and Wild Life Commission!!!!!

The Good News!!

Due to the very energetic and diligent efforts of some state employees we now have an Official Classification for "Bards",,,,as follows...

"Migratory Bipedal Melodic Mammalian, Non-Simian"

That's the good news,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,right,,,,,now the bad news!!!

It's the "Migratory" and Melodic" parts!!! The Federal Department of the Interior has gotten wind of it,,,,,and have declared "Bards" to be under the jurisdiction of the Federal Government. This is likely to cause them to be classified as an Endangered Species...(Migratory and Melodic).........which,,sadly lassies, would mean No Open Season. We are still hoping to get the Endangered Species designation set aside,,which would allow limited Raffling and Auctioning........but likely not out right Hunting!!!

Negotiations are on going with the Department of the Interior as we speak,,,,,,,but the chances of a Bard Raffle this week end are looking a little dim.
