Nagian Picnic Approaching for Sinclair Day

It looks like our Nagian Picnic will be bigger than ever again. Not only are we getting a good response from Nagians attending, but I also got word that the Sinclair Day celebration is on once again!

It was three years ago when some local Scots decided to put on the first Sinclair Day picnic, celebrating the Scottish arrival in the Americas a century before Columbus. That last few years saw a big gathering of Scots to celebrate and listen to some great music. Well, it's all coming back again this Saturday when we will combine our Nagian picnic with the Austin Scots for an afternoon of merriment.
Where to find us
The picnic will be in the same location as previous years. Head to Zilker Park and take the entrance that leads to Barton Springs pools. Then park in the first parking lot on your left. We'll have some picnic tables and some Scottish flags around noon. Music will be provided by Comhlan Oganta, the Brobdingnagian Bards, Widening Gyre, and some bagpipes. Bring some food and drinks and lets hang out together. This should be the biggest year yet, so tell all your friends!
