I love this. At first the grass covers everything, but at the end the camera-person finally gets it right in a beautiful rendition of a beautiful song, in a beautiful place! Thank you, Andrew and Marc. You make Ireland live in me, even though I can't live in Ireland.
It's our pleasure. Yeah, I really LOVED this video!
Hello, I'm the cameraman and it was a spontaneous split second decision, "how do I grab this moment" as nothing was pre-planned. The flash of inspiration was to capture a close up grass scene and have the bards emerge from this with the music, but somehow have the size of the bards and the grass compatible. This is raw unedited footage and I am so pleased with the results of snapping a unique moment.
..... and to add to this, what stunned me was how the grass in the wind seemed to dance in time to the tune
