A New Precedent Is Set

Wow! I just checked out the Celtic charts on MP3.com. For the first time in at least a year and quite possibly EVER, the Brobdingnagian Bards pretty much own the Celtic Top 10! The first seven slots belong to our music. Lothlorien fills in #8. And then, it's more bard music.

Wow! Thank you for listening, buying our music and have faith in us. That's amazing! I'm dumbfounded. Course you know what this means right? Well last time we got this close, Lothlorien released a new single. I'm betting they'll do it again. No matter, what I feel like Sally Fields. To paraphrase, "You really like us!" :)

Texas Ren Fest Comes to Sad Closing

Well TRF is now over sadly. I'm already missing many of our new and old friends that met at faire. I hope we might have the opportunity to see you again soon. Mayhaps next year. I do want to say, if you enjoyed our shows, make sure you let the festival know. I want to go back. We were talking to the faeries about writing music for some of their scenarios. And that would be a blast! Because the faeries Rock!

Plus, despite the rain, we had a fun time performing and entertaining throughout the faire. Yeah, it was exhausting, but I, for one, had a blast! Ren Faires are just too much fun! So please let them know so that mayhaps we'll get a decent proposal for next year.
